This is a riff on a classic tiki drink called El Diablo. The addition of pineapple and chocolate adds a rich depth and total balance to this cocktail.
1 1/2 oz Blackberry Ginger Smash-infused tequila
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
2 oz ginger beer
Combine the Blackberry Ginger Smash tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add a big handful of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with the ginger beer.
