Spring in Kyoto

5 large mint leaves
2 oz Cherry Blossom vodka* (or spirit of choice)
4 oz cooled green tea
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters

Muddle the mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 10-15 seconds. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with a fresh mint sprig.
