Smokey Bear

2 oz Speakeasy-infused whiskey (or spirit of your choice)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz sirop co. spiced honey syrup*
rosemary sprig
cedar plank (optional)

*You can substitute 3/4 oz homemade honey syrup + 4 dashes of aromatic bitters.)

Blast your cedar plank with a torch until smoking. Cover with a rocks glass to trap the smoke. Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into your rocks glass and fill with ice (or add one large cube of ice). Garnish with a second sprig of rosemary that has been torched.
