The Speakeasy infusion kit includes: dried cherries, orange, lemon, and rosemary. Add your own spirits (alcohol not included). While this infusion would be great with any alcohol you choose, we think it’s best for whiskey or gin.
Fill with the spirit of your choice, steep on your counter for 3 days, strain, and store in the refrigerator. (See our Getting Started page for more info.) Makes 12 ounces of infused spirit, or 6-8 drinks. For a simple cocktail, mix 2 oz. of your Speakeasy spirit with 4-6 oz. of club soda, tonic water, or ginger beer, a wedge of lemon, and an optional (but recommended) 2 dashes of orange bitters.
