2 oz Sunday Sunrise-infused bourbon
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
3 dashes bitters (try Bittermens Krupnik Herbal Honey Bitters)
Add all ingredients to a double old fashioned glass, along with a large ice cube. Stir thoroughly until the glass is frosty, about 20 seconds. Enjoy!
