1 1/2 oz Blackberry Ginger Smash-infused gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz dry sparkling wine
Combine the Blackberry Ginger Smash gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a big handful of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the sparkling wine.
