2 oz Chocolate Pecan Pie bourbon (or spirit of choice)
½ oz crème de cacao
2 dashes black walnut bitters (we recommend Fee Brothers)
sprig of rosemary
pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the rosemary until fragrant. Add ice and shake about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and add a large handful of ice, or one large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary if desired.
