1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Hibiscus Mint-infused tequila (or spirit of your choice)
3/4 oz watermelon juice*
1/4 oz lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1” x 1” x 4-8” chunk of watermelon (optional)
*To make watermelon juice, blend chunks of watermelon with a dash of water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
If desired, cut your watermelon chunk and freeze for 4+ hours. Once ready, add frozen watermelon chunk to a tall glass. Pour Grapefruit Hibiscus Mint tequila, watermelon juice, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. Pour mixture into your glass, over the watermelon. Top with ginger beer.
