2 oz Grapefruit Hibiscus Mint tequila (or spirit of your choice)
1/2 oz Aperol
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt
2-6 oz club soda
Pour all ingredients except club soda into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly, about 10-15 seconds. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda.
