Chai-mpagne Cocktail

3/4 oz Chai Poached Pear-infused brandy
1 sugarcube (1 tsp sugar or 2 tsp simple syrup)
3 dashes aromatic bitters
4 oz champagne

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Saturate the sugar with the bitters. Pour in the brandy and top the glass with champagne.
